What we believe
Every parent deserves to know what's normal — and what to expect. When you know that, everything feels a little more manageable.
We believe every family is different, and every baby is different. There's no single right way. What works beautifully for one family might not work for another, and that's not just okay — it's the whole point. Our mission is to share the full picture, so you can find what fits yours.
We believe there's something quietly powerful about hearing "me too." Knowing that other parents have the same questions, the same worries, the same 2am moments — it doesn't solve anything, but it changes everything.
And we know that when everything is new, you often don't know what you don't know. Some of the most important things about becoming a parent are things no one thinks to ask about — until they're already happening. We try to get there first.
Above all, we come to every episode with warmth, and a deep belief that you are already doing well, and a focus on the tiny, everyday joys of parenting. We leave guilt at the door. Our goal is never to add to the pressure — but to lift some of it.
